VISION
With its Motto, “Let Your Light Shine”, St Francis School envisions to promote qualitative and value-based education with a view to form character of Students for the transformation of the self and society resulting in the fullness of life for all and openness to the wider world.

To offer academically sound quality education to the Students in a supportive & understating environment
To promote a positive attitude towards creativity, allowing Students to actively engage in the learning process
To promote a sense of community in the School so that Students and Staff Members develop a sense of belonging to the School
To encourage cultural understanding, tolerance and the enjoyment of diversity
To address the need for ongoing staff and curriculum development
To have committed, experienced and qualified Staff and well-equipped facilities operating on a sound financial basis
To develop reverence for the Divine, stewardship towards the Nature and respect for others
To develop self-esteem and one’s potentialities and be ‘human’ and ‘humane’ with a compassionate heart especially for the poor and marginalized
