Admission Procedure
- Admission to L.K.G is generally announced in the second week of January; 3.5 years is the age for admission to the L.K.G section. A corresponding scale of age is fixed for the subsequent classes.
- A Student aspiring to join Assisi School must produce an accurate evidence of the date of birth such as an extract from the Municipal or Village Panchayat or Hospital Records or Baptismal Certificate or Aadhaar Card.
- Generally NO admission is availed to classes higher than the L.K.G. However, depending on vacancies that may arise, opportunity may be provided to eligible candidates.
- A Student admitted on a transfer case, shall not be placed in a higher class than the certificate indicates; likewise, no student will be promoted prior to the completion of the academic year.
- Non-completion of the School Calendar Year does not hold the Student eligible for promotion.
- While seeking admission at the Assisi School, producing Transfer Certificate from the School last attended is obligatory. If formal admission is pending, the Student shall not be permitted to attend classes in the School.
- Candidates from the Government Recognized English Medium School will be considered for admission at the Assisi School.
- The School Leaving Certificate of a candidate joining from a School outside the state of Uttar Pradesh, must be countersigned by the Education Authorities of the District in which the candidate's School is situated.
- Generally no admissions are considered to class IX.
- In case of re-admission after withdrawal, the admission fees will be levied again.
- The School Principal reserves the right to admit or to refuse admission to a candidate without assigning any reason for his/her action.
